  • We ship our products to all destinations. Currently, we are unable to deliver to some areas outside of these areas.
  • If you live outside our delivery areas, please contact us to check the availability of special shipping.

2. Delivery times

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the type of shipping chosen.
  • Standard Shipping : estimated between 12 and 15 days + 3 days of treatment
  • The times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as transport delays or weather conditions.

3. Delivery costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method you choose. They are displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package. You will be able to track your order in real time until it is delivered.

5. Delivery Problems
