Returns – Right of withdrawal & guarantees

Applicable law – Competent jurisdiction

These terms are subject to French law . In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the site or sales will be brought before the competent courts of Rouen , without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting the consumer (jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's domicile when required by law).
